Tim and Mariana began operating their franchise in October 2002. The team (2 inspectors) has inspected over 3,000 properties in all kinds of neighborhoods, from older historic neighborhoods, to the new luxury homes of the growing suburbs, and everything in between.
We inspect residential single, multi unit homes and investment property. All home inspections are completed according to The Standards of Practice of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). Tim is the President of the Ohio Chapter of The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI®).
Our goal is to enable you to be an informed customer who is familiar with the details of the home. We strongly encourage you to attend the inspection, which provides an excellent opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge about your prospective new home. During the inspection, we will point out and discuss areas of concern regarding the property. You will then be provided with a computerized, detailed, unbiased report with all of this information and much more.
For sellers, a pre-listing inspection can detect previously unknown problems or potential upgrades that you wish to address prior to selling your home. Being aware of issues in advance will allow for disclosure of problems, which can result in smoother transactions for all parties.
We inspect homes throughout Central Ohio for Realtors® whose offices are located in Clintonville, Columbus, Dublin, Galloway, Grandview Heights, Grove City, Hilliard, Upper Arlington, Worthington and all of Madison County.
